Colorado Palliative and Hospice Care is now part of Luminos Hospice

Earlier this year, Colorado Palliative and Hospice Care officially joined the Luminos Hospice family, marking an exciting new chapter in compassionate, community-centered care.

We are honored to continue the trusted legacy of care that patients, families, and referral partners have come to know—while bringing additional resources, expanded patient experience offerings, and a deep commitment to employee culture.
